The vibrant health workshop was really useful and helped me to explore a deeper understanding of my mind and body’s interactions and connections. I feel confident in trying out the techniques and methods taught in the workshop in everyday life. As always, Michele and Mala bring the content to life with great examples, enthusiasm and expertise!!
I liked the talks on energy and the practical ways to harness it. I also found the body awareness and body talk segments to be really interesting, and learning about the vagal nerve- I’d never have thought about it, but it was comforting to know that all my internal organs are connected.
