Excellent workshop with clearly defined steps to help build emotional resilience. It includes some really useful techniques and the root causes are brought back to basics. It is a gentle approach which is all about working with yourself, even the difficult parts. I liked the techniques for clearing negative emotions and the emphasis on it, and the gentle, kind way of treating yourself. Thoroughly recommended.
Michele and Mala’s individual styles and qualities complimented each other in the delivery of this workshop. In doing this workshop I was able to unravel why my emotions were holding me back, through Michele and Mala’s simplified teaching skills and exercises. I loved the way the workshop was broken down into understandable chunks and the exercises to help you identify the patterns of thoughts and emotions. Also, the tools to break unhealthy negative thought patterns were powerful.
