Excellent workshop with clearly defined steps to help build emotional resilience. It includes some really useful techniques and the root causes are brought back to basics. It is a gentle approach which is all about working with yourself, even the difficult parts. Here is what to expect:

Building Your Emotional Resilience is a 2 day workshop where you clear any emotional barriers that stops you from moving forward in any area of your life. You learn how to balance your emotions, understand and clear the deeper reason for these emotions and how to maintain this new found freedom.

You are guided through a combination of teaching, question based introspective work and meditation. The workshop is a balance of both the practical and spiritual, bringing the best practices of both worlds to guide you.

  • What your emotional personality is and what it means for you
  • How to calm yourself in times of emotional intensity
  • That all emotions have a single source and how to identify and resolve that source
  • How to build your confidence and self esteem
  • Tools and techniques to continually build your emotional resilience
  • How to think your way to emotional freedom.

Here's what’s included with the workshop:

  • Full digital version of the training. This consists of approximately 8 modules, depending on the programme, each lasting no longer than 45 minutes. You will also receive all relevant handouts pertaining to the modules. This allows you to work through the trainings at your own pace from the comfort of your own home.
  • 2 hours 1-to-1 mentoring. This is available to you from the time of purchase. We recommend that you first complete the groundwork either via the digital training or live workshop. The mentoring can then be used to clear any niggling issues and gain new insights and perspectives. This allows you to fast-forward the process towards achieving your goal.
  • Bonus training videos. These videos are additional trainings, directly relevant to the topic at hand. They give you key fundamentals and/or greater clarity on the topic to enhance your learning experience.
  • Bite size review. You receive a review of the salient points from the training by email, every two weeks over a 4-month period. If you attend the live workshop, you receive your first email two weeks after the workshop. If you buy just the digital programme, you receive your first email two months after your purchase. These reviews help you to remain engaged and keep the momentum going, giving you greater clarity, insight and connection.
  • Question and answer sessions. We hold monthly webinar style question and answer sessions. You have the option to send your questions ahead of time or ask your question during the call. The call lasts between 30-60 minutes depending on the number of questions received. This allows you to resolve any issues that arise, giving you greater clarity to move forward. You also gain even more knowledge through shared learning.
